Understanding League Age

The age ranges below are based on "league age" as defined by Little League, which may not be the same as your child's current age. How to determine league age also varies by program:

• Tee Ball: Your child must be 4 years old by August 31 of the program year.
• Baseball: The league age is the age of your child on August 31 of the program year.
• Softball: The league age is the age of your child on December 31 of the prior year.
